In 2017, the Nevada legislature passed laws that directly affect all HOAs and commercial properties. NRS 555 and NAC 555.400 prevents landscape companies and their employees from applying any chemicals, including Round Up, without a certified applicator’s license.
In response to these changes, Par 3 developed a rigorous in-house chemical application and training program. We have over 15 certified applicators on staff to handle all of our customers weed control, insect control, and fertilization needs, which is more than double the number of even our largest competitors. Without certified applicators, landscapers cannot legally apply even the most basic weed control agents.
