Par 3 is the only company with dedicated, full-time water management experts.

Without making any significant changes to the landscaping other than installing smart irrigation controllers and daily remote monitoring, in the last five years we have saved over over 700,000,000 million gallons of water! That equated to over $2,000,000 million dollars in water bill savings for our clients.

Additionally, we have removed over 10,000,000 square feet of natural grass and replaced it with drought tolerant xeriscape resulting in an approximate savings of 60,000,000 million gallons per year!

AB 356 was signed into law in 2021 requiring that all “non-functional” turf in southern Nevada be removed by the end of 2026. We have dedicated large portions of our staff to focus on the design and execution of this work to ensure our customers stay ahead of the new law.
